Cordia  Rebonded Foam ( Rebound  Foam )

Rebonded foam is made from recycled shredded scrap foam with a liquid polyurethane added to bond the scraps together while being compressed into a block. It’s a dense, open cell foam that provides a firm, solid support base and holds its shape well without sacrificing longevity. It is a polyurethane foam group material which is produced by the recycling of clipped foam. This product, which has densities ranging from 40 to 200 densities, is preferred in many areas such as  Construction sector ( under parquet and carpets, between Walls  for sound and heat insulation),in GYM’s in Furniture, Mattress and Automotivesector thanks to the feature of high density . In addition, the re-evaluation of bondex foam waste makes it an environmentally friendly product.

As a reformed foam, we produce material at different densities and suitable densities according to the place of use of our customers and we also perform the cutting process.
